Josef Albers — “Homage to the Square,” in Excel

Working with Excel to make these drawings you’re taking a program that was intended to do a specific thing, and you’re using it to express something completely different. You’re using all of the features that are already in the program, but applying them in a way to achieve an entirely different result.
